Returns accepted in their 100% original state (within 7 days); any damaged or used product with not be accepted and deducted at the time of refund. Returns are also accepting a 20% handling and restocking fee as the costs of preparing, manufacturing and sending the product need to be recouped! Returning shipping to be 100% footed by the buyer. Any questions with color etc may be asked prior to purchase or shipping! Thank you for understanding!
Exchanges are available with the cost of shipping to be had by the buyer. We require that communication is had and approved prior to a Return or Exchange by the buyer.
CUSTOM ORDERS
This item is a custom made to order product. Due to the unique nature of this item, returns will not be accepted. If material defects or incorrect items are sent a return will be honored when discussed prior to any shipments had. Please also review in full detail the above invoice to assure and agree what is being purchased.
All items come with a 3 year warranty on material defects (3M adhesive is not covered- sitting water is recommended to find a solution so it does not sit constantly on the mats). We recommend cleaning the floor prior to installation with Isopropyl alcohol, Acetone or similar cleaning product. Make sure the floor is completely dry prior to installation.
